I have a 3100 square-foot home in Murrieta, California with a furnished bedroom available to rent starting May 1st. This is for a single person only. No couples and no pets. We have had great luck renting in the past with traveling nurses, medical students, flight students (as we are close to the French Valley Airport), and Golf Students (we are just 8 miles from the Golf School in Temecula). This large bedroom upstairs (the Blue Room) is $850 a month ($825 rent and $25 towards utilities). It has a full size bed, a night stand, a dresser and a closet. Shared bathroom is upstairs (shared with one other roommate).

The second bedroom upstairs (the coral room) is now rented.

Prefer male roommate as the other 2 roommates at the house currently are both male.

Rooms come furnished. Month to month lease. My 20 year old son lives at the house part time (usually on the weekends). Absolutely No pets, no smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No overnight guests. One occupant per room. We have a pool in the backyard and a jacuzzi- jacuzzi is extra cost towards gas bill if used. Plenty of street parking available.

I am a single mom and I work away from home. My son attends trade school in Anaheim and is usually only home on the weekends.
