Room rental includes access to a living room with desk, and work table, full kitchen with all necessary and appliances (stove) and laundry machines included. The living room and backyard are spacious with fruit trees. Free street parking and in front of the house. No pets, smoking, or drug use. Each room has its own lock and key. Utilities: $150 (included in pricing, but separate)
6 months lease. After that month to month lease. If able do rental agreement by 5/12, will deduct $100 off first month’s rent. Shared chores in common areas about once a month per person (bathroom, floors, kitchen, and trash).
