Huge 800 square feet room plus huge bathroom and huge walk-in closet and additional closet. The kitchen cabinet and utensils provided. Private lounge and balcony. Apply by May 1st and get $100 off first month rent.

Access to a living room with desk, dining table, and work table, full kitchen with all necessary appliances (stove and refrigerator), and laundry machines. The living room and backyard are spacious. We also grow fruits and veggies, and we’re happy to share our guavas, oranges, lemons, passion fruits, peas, cilantro, and anything else we may be growing!

Free street parking in front of the house and a private parking available. No pets, smoking, or drug use. Each room has its own lock and key. Utilities, once a month cleaning, and yard service: $150/ month. Three month contract, afterwards: Month to month lease.
