Very adequate space in your room, but zero storage space for “extra” furniture, boxes, and bins may not be stacked around property or in carport. I’ve been here over 5 years, much care has gone into creating a tidy, serene environment! House is on cul-de-sac, quiet family neighborhood, please no drugs, alcoholics, common sense rules. Would love to find someone spiritually awake and aware!
Myself, self-emploed, Usually fairly long hours at Boardwalk. I keep all common areas very clean, but don’t want to do roommate dishes, or clean up after others. I’m quiet, don’t play music, watch tv only very occasionally, or when roommates are not home. I don’t cook, microwave only, will never leave a kitchen mess! I have one very elderly cat (14) usually asleep in my area. One very friendly, tiny, (9lb.) 11 year old dog who goes to work and almost everywhere else with me, as I don’t like to leave her. The other roommate is male, employed full time outside home.
