(Of course you are still welcome to use the full-size fridge in the kitchen, as well as microwave, all kitchen amenities, etc.) Private heat/air in room with remote control. Bedroom door has doorknob with inside privacy lock and outside key lock to secure your belongings when away. Dishes, utensils, dry goods, all provided! Enjoy outdoor living room on wooden deck with large new table and chairs and full-size sofa, (both kept covered) under a canopy of old oak trees. Succulents, bird baths, and nightly froggies serenade!

I have lived here over 11 years and love it in Topanga! I work long hours outside the home. I have one 9 lb. elderly dog (12), (super friendly), that accompanies me to work and everywhere else possible. She would not be allowed in your area and sleeps with me at night. I have a medium size parrot (eclectus) that is caged in my area, next to my bed. I also have 3 cats which are either in their catio, hiding, or skiddadelling. I very rarely watch tv. If I did I would likely do it when roommates aren’t home. I use headphones to listen to my phone in bed, so as not to disturb. I keep all common areas very clean, just asking that roomies do their own dishes, kitchen clean-up etc. When I am not working I am usually in my area on my phone, (headphones), getting ready for work, sleeping, doing errands or cleaning. The other living space is upstairs, private and conveniently separate from downstairs quarters. Hoping to find someone who works at least part-time time outside the home. It would be awesome to find someone awake and aware! Place is a great money saver for someone traveling light and looking for a safe, serene place to come home to. Please note, this listing is in Topanga Canyon, a car is an absolute must! Also, this place is typical old Topanga, very old, built up against the side of a hill. There are 10 cement stairs leading up to the front door, (there is a very sturdy handrail). This listing is suitable for someone fit in mind, body and spirit.
