I’m the owner, I work 40 to 60 hrs a week in Massachusetts.. Roomate Bradley works full time & plays/coaches semi pro football. I have a small 1st floor bedroom for rent in Franklin.
There are some particular features to be aware of to determine if it would work for you.

It is small,with a closet. suitable for one person.
The kitchen,bathroom,dining room & living room are shared spaces.Folks have different schedules so extremely light sleepers may not be interested. 3.3I own a 2 family so my 2 grandsons are generally present when I am home. If you don’t care for children you may want to pass
No alcohol ( the owner is allergic, he breaks out in handcuffs) or illicit drug use is permitted on the premises. This includes various potions and aromatic smoking materials.
