This is a 4 bedroom house (it’s a 2 family house,my daughter & grandchildren occupy a seperate 3 bedroom unit) I currently have a traveling Nurse renting a downstairs room,a long time roommate on 2nd floor & myself on 2nd floor. 2 of my grandchildren live next door & are at my house frequently. I do have dogs & a cat. Use of intoxicating substances including including smoking aromatic herbs are not permitted inside the house.
