Rent is $750 per month, with a $750 security deposit. Utilities are included. Rent and deposit can be paid online or check. Lease is one year. Renter’s insurance is required. There is also an option to add renting the 1 car garage for $100 per month.

The other rooms are rented by responsible, working males in their 20s to mid-30s. The home is quiet, has good wifi, and is ideal for professionals. The home is owned by Lauren and Seth. We moved to Denver in 2016, bought this house in 2020, and got married in 2021. Lauren is originally from Boulder, Colorado, and Seth is from Bozeman, Montana, where we met in 2012.
