This is an unfurnished bedroom in the downstairs portion of a shared house, available to rent immediately, pending showing and application. We are looking for one individual to rent the room. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The downstairs is shared with two other tenants, and includes a kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The kitchen has all new appliances, and there is washer/dryer.

Rent is $750 per month, with a $750 security deposit. Utilities are included. Rent and deposit can be paid online or check. Lease is 1 year. Renter’s insurance is required. There is also an option to add renting the 1 car garage for $100 per month.

This is a comfortable home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Located in Aurora, northeast of the Lowry campus, and 3 miles west of Anschutz Medical Campus. Enjoy easy access to transit, downtown Denver and the metro area!

The other rooms are rented by responsible, working males in their 20s to mid-30s. The home is quiet, has good wifi, and is ideal for professionals. The home is owned and managed by Lauren and Seth. We lived in this home previously and loved the area; we now live nearby in Aurora. We hope you will enjoy this home!
