About the room

This is a great bedroom with a large closet in a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with a washer and dryer in a laundry room. The bedroom is very large and at the back of the house. It gets great light as well. I pay the water, sewer, and trash bills. The roommates would each pay a third of the internet and electricity. There is a very nice sized living room and a separate dining room. The kitchen has a large amount of cabinets. There is also a fence in yard with great views of the mountains. It is a 30 second walk to Harrison Street. Looking for a long term local if possible.

About the roomies

The two other roommates are male and are very relaxed and easy going. They work at Copper Mountain and really enjoy living in Leadville. They are on a lease that runs until the end of November 2025.
