About the room
This room is located downstairs in my 3 bedroom/3bath house and it’s very private and can be accessed through the garage. It has an ensuite bathroom and extra closet space! The house is located uptown -3 minutes to City Market and Higher Grounds coffee shop. The house has a great and shared with me open kitchen/living area. Nice patiio and front porch. The house was built in 2018 so it has great finishes.
About the roomies
I am an easy going going gal and enjoy being outside a lot. I have lived with hiusemates before and communicate very well. I am the only other person in the house and there are no pets. I like them, but travel a fair bit and it’s unfair to them. I am just looking for a solid himan being to share the space. No drama.
