A nice, furnished, upstairs bedroom with a new, full-sized Temperpedic bed in a clean, tidy, comfortable 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse apartment that has been recently remodeled AVAILABLE FOR RENT 3/1/26! Unit is in an attractive, quiet, well-maintained complex in Larkfield, northeast Santa Rosa, just south of Windsor. Location is near shopping, restaurants, and coffee and Sonoma County STS airport. Rental deposit is $300.
The rental is for one adult only, male or female (I am a female), no couples. Sorry, no vacancy for pets as I have two cats. The room rental is for someone who is “traveling light”: there is no room to bring in your own furniture, and no garage or storage unit provisions. No remote work as working from home impacts bills and am seeking someone working full-time outside the house.
What I CAN offer is free utilities and high-speed ATT wi-fi, and generous refrigerator and kitchen cupboard space. Guest and off-street parking and on-site laundry room available.
I am seeking a housemate who is friendly and considerate, who will maintain a clean, neat, low-key environment. This is a non-smoking home and complex. I desire someone who will not be an on-site vapor, is not a heavy alcohol consumer, no drugs, and not a convicted felon.
