Move-in ready now! Hello roomies.com viewers, this month-to-month rental is a new La-Z-Boy comfy couch rental in this recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath furnished townhouse located in Larkfield, northeast Santa Rosa, CA, (directly before Windsor if traveling north).

Although the couch does not open up as a sofa bed or as a futon would, it is; however, super comfortable. This arrangement is not conducive for anyone working swing shift hours such as 4:00 p.m. to 12 midnight or an overnight graveyard shift and thus sleeping on the couch in the living room days– and/or working remotely from home. After 9:00 p.m. the whole downstairs suite is your own private oasis. :-) Seeking someone employed full-time days outside the house.

There is high-speed ATT Wi-Fi and your own television. There is a $200 deposit and utilities are included.

I am a non-smoking, organized, female, set-up is for either male/female. All freshly-laundered twin-sized bedding for couch would be provided. Note, because this place is fully furnished and unfortunately there is no garage or extra storage space or shed, this would have to be for someone without too many belongings at the present time (and/or stored elsewhere), and have use of the (shared) downstairs hall closet area (as well as multiple shelf units).

Perfect for a Sonoma County STS Chas. M. Schulz airport/airline employee as this location is on Airport Blvd. It is for someone traveling light at the present time…a “minimalist” if you will.

This arrangement is also ideal and perfect for a frequent business traveler or commuter, i.e., if you work here in Sonoma County; however, have a residence elsewhere and basically just need a place to hang your hat here in this area during your work week, and this set-up has all the amenities of an Extended Stay America hotel suite at a fraction of the cost.

I am seeking someone who is friendly, neat, clean, tidy, and picks up after themselves, recognizing that this set-up is in a living room’s common area and that the bedding thus has to be neatly folded up and placed daily upon departure in the mornings before heading out the door into the cubbies adjacent to couch in wall unit, someone who knows the value of keeping common areas clean.

Non-smokers preferred (note, this is both a non-smoking household), no drama, drugs, or heavy alcohol consumption.

Two friendly cats are in residence, sorry, no vacancy for pets. This arrangement is for laptop, smart phone, or tablet users, sorry, there is no desk downstairs or table to set up PC and printer equipment.
