About the room

2 room basement studio apartment. Queen bed, with futon couch in living area. The bummer is you have to walk through the house to get to the basement. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate. You will have access to the laundry room. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen twice weekly, or when I am out of town. One block away form the fair grounds. 3 month stay maximum.

About the roomies

No pets. Preferred vegetarian as to avoid meat being cooked in the house. You can cook it on the grill. No overnight guests. I have a large excited dog who is not a fan of other dogs. She loves people.
