About the room
Basement Studio. You will have to enter the main house to get to the doored stairs. Queen bed with Queen futon in sitting area. Decent storage. Microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, private shower bathroom. Off-street parking. The house is on 25th street, near W 2nd Ave in Durango. You will have access to the laundry room. You will have access to the full kitchen on designated days. I cannot stand the smell of meat so if you can’t cook it on the grill, this would not be the rental for you. May 1-June 30.
About the roomies
54 year old professional female. I work from home. I have a medium large dog. I am not looking to connect; you will be given total privacy. You will have to come through the house to get to your door. I am looking for a short term renter for 2 months.
