I am purchasing a condo here; hoping to close by end of February but just to be safe, saying mid March. I won’t be around much, likely one long weekend every other week so looking for someone trustworthy who will appreciate the place to themselves most of the time and worry about it for me when I’m not there.
I live in Ormond Beach with my wife but will be coming to Jax on business from time to time and wanted to buy a place as opposed to staying at a hotel, renting or looking for a place each time I come. This place seemed like a good investment. When I’m in Jacksonville, you’ll find me at French Pantry at least once each visit. Non-smoker and just looking for someone who won’t feel uncomfortable having a senior citizen (hopefully young at heart) around from time to time.
