Looking to buy a place in Dania Beach with 3 bedrooms and if I stumble upon the right roommate(s) before the right home, might make me look and buy a little quicker. Young 70 (so think, less than 70 looks and maybe 40 maturity level.) Prefer living with a female (separate bathrooms - definitely not interested in anything BUT a platonic relationship.) Easy to talk to and open to living with a couple of women or even a single mom who needs a place with one child. I can cook fairly well and clean not as well and a bit messy if left to my own devices. Hoping roommates keep me on better behavior in that regard. Leaving wife and Daytona Beach behind (well she’s leaving me and wants our house, and why I want one or two people around who will add some life to where I’m headed. NOT looking for a replacement.)
