These apartments typically house folks in their late 20s or in their 30s. People that hike, bike, run, do yoga, read, paint, cook healthy, are handy, and work outdoors or with kids, young professionals that work 9 to 5, higher education students, and the like. Basically, folks that are responsible, kind, respect quiet hours and keep general areas really clean.
In one apartment, you’ll be sharing the space with two quiet, clean males that keep to themselves mostly– a professional in his 50s and an international student.
The other apartment is a male in his 30s, LBGT+ and 420 friendly. Well-read but prefers the simple life.
No pets, no smoking inside, keep drinking at a respectable level and quiet time around these parts is usually 10 pm. There is off-road parking. No dishwasher or washer/dryer on site.
The lease is about 7 or 8 months. The utilities are about $60-$100 per month per person.
Perks of this place is absolutely location. It’s the best location for a long list of reasons. And also, even though it’s an older building, it has a lot of space. Newly renovated areas. And a deck.
