We are looking to fill the third bedroom our sunny apartment in the heart of downtown Northampton. You can walk out the door to anywhere downtown, and we’re close to the highway, the bike path is right next to us, and there’s even a deck with a mountain view. It’s an ideal location.

The apartment spans the second and third floors of the building. The main living room and kitchen are on the second floor, while all three bedrooms are on the third. There are two entrances (front and back), both with stair access.

The available bedroom is the smallest in the apartment and includes an additional tiny room across the hall, great for storage or a small office.

The room is available September 1st for $700/month, plus $60–$100 for utilities. The lease term is either 9 or 12 months.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly, quiet, clean, and considerate professional women in their 30s. We have a quiet time of 10 pm during the weekdays and keep the common spaces very clean. We ideally looking for someone in their 30s who is responsible, very clean, doesn’t smoke/rarely drinks, and whose schedule aligns well with ours.

One roommate is spiritual, moderate in her political views, keeps the apartment very clean and enjoys casual conversations with her roommates, rarely has people over, and spends a lot of time working in her room. She likes the outdoors, goes for walks often, and cooks somewhat often.

The other roommate is a PhD student that works at the library mostly and also keep the apartment very clean. She spends time in her room reading and crocheting and likes visiting the nearby art studios.
