The house is about 5 years old in a nice quiet neighborhood. Room available has a queen size bed with a very comfy mattress, 2 dressers, nightstand and 55” tv that’s mounted on the wall. The bed base is adjustable and has massage features. Right off 360 and near 287 and 20. We have smart appliances such as washer/dryer, refrigerator . We have 2 French bulldogs. We have a peloton if you like to exercise. Other workout places nearby as well as many of anything you’d need. Security system with cameras for everyone’s safety. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a small drives distance.
My fiancé and I have a room on the opposite side of the house so privacy and quietness are a given at all times. We’re both late 30’s. My other roommate is a 60 year old retired man that keeps to himself. We all have respect for one another’s boundaries. Cleanliness is a must. You pay rent so I want you to feel like this is your home and not just a room that you’re renting.
