We’re a tightly niched family here and want you to feel like you just don’t have a room, but feel like this is your home!

The house is less than 5 years old in a nice neighborhood that is right by 360 and close to 20 and 287. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room available has a very nice sized walkin closet. The bathroom will be shared with my other roommate that is very clean. New smart appliances. Washer and dryer are available for use with your own detergent. Space will be made available in the kitchen for your personal affects. We have 2 French bulldogs that are very well behaved. We have a peloton and lifetime gym right around the corner if you like to work out. There is a security system in the house so you will feel protected.

My fiancé and I have a room on the opposite side of the house so we won’t be in each other’s way. I’m 38 and she’s 37. Our roommate’s a 26 year old man that works at Amazon and is hardly home. He’s very clean and quiet I don’t even know he’s here. He’s been here A month now. Respect and cleanliness are an absolute must for everyone’s peace of mind.
