I’m looking to rent a room out of my house, to a male. The bathroom would be shared downstairs, Monthly rent is $800. All utilities included. First and last month’s rent is due up front with exchange of rental addendum.
The room is basically unfurnished and Im waiting for the current tenant to move out. He was given till the end of July.
I ask that you clean up after yourself, we have a shared kitchen and laundry room. It is recommended you have your own mini-fridge for storing your own food supplies. Please respect others and what people do on their own time is their business, No drugs. No problem drinkers. Please be honest, respectful of other’s business and pay your rent on time.
The roommate next to the one available is the 75-year-old veteran. The landlord is female and resides on the property as well. Both introverts.
There is a room on the back of the property that can be rented out as well for less. Whomever stays in that room gets a key to the main house to utilize the restroom and laundry room as needed. Back gate is to remain closed at all time.
Landlord is willing to consider a trade arrangement or reduced rental cost in exchange for cleaning out, repairing, and fixing up the shed that was left in poor conditions by the previous occupant. We can discuss the scope of work and agree on a fair value for any labor or materials before any work begins.
