Private Room. I’m looking to rent a room out of my house, to a male. The bathroom would be shared downstairs, Monthly rent is $800 with first and last months deposit. All utilities included.
Again, first and last month rent. I ask that you clean up after yourself, we have a shared kitchen and laundry room. It is recommended you have your own mini-fridge for storing your own food supplies. Please respect others and what people do on their own time is their business. No drugs. No problem drinkers. Please be honest, respectful of other’s business and pay your rent on time.
I also have an alternative, lower-cost room available that is separate from the main house. Whomever stays in that room gets a key to the main home for restroom and laundry as needed and must keep the back gate closed at all times.
If you have handyman, construction, maintenance, or other useful skills, feel free to reach out and tell me a little about yourself and what kind of experience you have. I’m open to discussing different arrangements and reduced-cost, in exchange for help with some repairs, cleanup, of that room as the previous occupant recently left unannounced and left it unkept.
The landlord, resident is Rachel. Resident is an active artist and professional, both residents introverts. The man who resides in the room next to the one, soon to be available, in the house, is a 77-year-old Veteran.
