Rachel's room

The home is split level, 2 bedroom and one bathroom upstairs and 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (shower/no tub) downstairs.

All utilities included. No deposit needed. The roommate next to the spare room works nights. Looking for responsible, clean, organized roommate. Minimal visitors unless talking to live-in homeowner in advance for select friends, family, or partners who may visit and/or stay over at times.

Laundry facilities is at the home. Kitchen is upstairs. The room to rent has its own internet that can be used at your own cost. You can also use resident wifi, depends on how good it streams from that room while there. I’ve only had one resident that needed to sign up for their own connection to get wifi to work properly.

Current roommate next to the room keeps a mini fridge in his room. There’s room to use kitchen upstairs and the fridge upstairs. There is a freezer downstairs in the laundry room. The home is already furnished in all other spaces and kitchen upstairs has kitchen aides, stove, dishes, etc.

Prefer someone in long term recovery aka sober but not mandatory. This can be discussed in detail in person. No parties unless landlord plans to host a social event down the road. There is property in back for gardening, swimming (swim spa), fire pit, chickens, if you enjoy doing yard activities.

There are no minimum or maximum requirements on how long you’d need to rent.

The landlord, resident is Rachel. She is linked in community and big part of sobriety, psychology, yoga, meditation, arts, art therapy, does volunteer work, goes to gym, snowboards, etc. Again, the other roommate works nights and is chill, easy going, in recovery, keeps to himself, works nights, and smokes cigarettes outside.
