This listing comes with a fully furnished studio Tiny home, 45 inch tv, microwave oven, refrigerator, & toaster oven inside for your convenience. A couple steps away is an 8x8 storage shed for you to store any additional belongings in that you need. This Tiny home is All bills paid , including Wi-Fi and utilities. This tiny home DOES NOT INCLUDE A TOILET. There is a half RR a few steps away through the double doors shown in he pic that will be shared with one other tenant that is renting inside the home.
