I have a nice room for rent in a very quiet neighborhood. My home in conveniently located just a few mins from I 35 highway, near lots of shopping centers HEB PLUS and Walmart. There are no bus stops near my home so having a car would be a must. I live in a lovely 4B 2.5B home, with a nice patio,Large BBQ grill & fire pit in the backyard, full security system, fingerprint touch keypad entrance into home. The habersham home has a water softener system. So no need to purchase bottled water , the water filtration system is amazing and water taste awesome! One of my fav investments! I am a 32 yr old female that owns this home.I have 2 friendly dogs and 2 friendly cats. All my pets are super friendly and love people,They are my kids. lol Im a semi neat freak and love organization and cleanliness ,so definitely looking for someone who is similar in that area, likes to keep their space clean & neat & doesn’t like clutter ! I work part time as a bartender & waitress & flip cars on the side as well. I am looking for a responsible roommate that keeps busy and has a full-time job. Preferably keeps to themselves for the most part and focused on their journey in life. A roommate that DOESN’T need to have company over but instead prefers to do their own thing out and about instead. I don’t mind having a long known best friend or an immediate family member, just not any newly made friends, or datingapp meet ups. I Would like a roommate that is respectful of others spaces and knows how to clean up after themselves. Doesn’t need to be told how to clean or when to clean. Someone looking for a secure, comfortable, quiet place to call home.I have a 4/20 friendly home:) smoking inside the room only is okay with Me. :) The rent is $885 monthly, All bills Included. Includes wifi & utilities. Im currently offering 6,9,or 12 month lease options. I’m okay with starting with 3 months to make sure it’s a good fit first & then extending it. $200 non refundable move in deposit. Would need to be able to pass background check and have a consistent job history. Room is fully furnished.. Includes dresser, night stand, Queen size bed, walk in closet , microwave and 65 inch smart roku tv. Renter will have access to all common spaces, kitchen,washer and dryer, & back yard living room space. . I’m very laid back, friendly ,outgoing, but sometimes quiet and to myself when I’m in a more relaxed mood and have had a busy day . just depends. I’m usually busy working or working on the next project around the house. I’m just Looking for a cool down to earth roommate that is respectful, independent, and responsible that can complete the habersham household and keep the amazing atmosphere going due until it’s time for them to move onto the next chapter in their life:)

currently have 1 female roommates that works full-time, & one LBGT friendly male roommate that goes to school full-time & works part time. They have been renting for about 1 year now. They’re very quiet, respectful and friendly.
