I was airbnb superhost for 10 years. I do request every who like to lease the room with me, must fellow my tenant rules, keep quiet and clean, no party and ect. Two nice, clean, quiet gentlemen ( age around 30) are staying this house now . One stays in room with private bathroom and private entrance. offer same service to my tenant as airbnb standant. You can just move in with your suitcases. I check house 1-2 time a week to make sure that all shared space are clean and all supplies are enough for all tenants.
