I was airbnb superhost for 10 years. I do request every who like to lease the room with me, must fellow my tenant rules, keep quiet and clean, no party and ect. Three nice, clean, quiet gentlemen ( age around 30) are staying this house now. You can just move in with your suitcases. I check house 1-2 time a week to make sure that all shared space are clean and all supplies are enough for all tenants.
