The bedroom for rent is about 500 square feet with a south facing window overlooking the backyard and organic garden areas. The house is an 86 year old 3400 sf Cape Cod on a quiet one acre lot with private off street parking.
This is a Fully Furnished Room with a King Size Bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress and nine drawer mission style mule chest for clothing and storage. There is a full bathroom immediately outside the room which is shared with my other housemate.
Rent for the room includes access to living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), side porch and rear deck. The rent is $1200 per month including utilities . This is a month to month rental with first month due to hold the room. Last month’s rent due upon moving in day.
NO TOBACCO OR CANNABIS IN THE HOUSE. SOBER ONLY. 420 friendly outside the house. NON DRINKERS ONLY. We have 2 loving cats and that is plenty.
