Heart Centered Household seeking heart centered housemate. Available 16 May 2026. Six minutes to downtown Asheville by car and three blocks to Beaver Lake. The bedroom for rent is about 280 square feet with a window overlooking the sideyard. The house is an 87 year old 3,400 sf Cape Cod on a quiet one acre lot with private off street parking.
This is a Fully Furnished Room with a Queen Size Bed. There is a full bathroom immediately outside the room which is shared with another housemate.
Rent for the room includes access to living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), side porch and rear deck. The rent is $950 per month and utilities are included. This is a month to month rental with first month due to hold the room. Last month’s rent due upon moving in day. Alcohol sober only.
