I have a furnished upstairs room with a shared bathroom available 12/1/2024 in my home in Crowne Hill in Temecula. Close to wine country, Old Town and Pechanga. A long-time tenant is moving out. I rent to a few other people and everyone gets along.
The room pictured has been rented and I don’t have a photo of the room for rent now because it is currently occupied.
Ours is a lively house. It’s not unusual to find people playing Nintendo switch or Trivial Pursuit downstairs and we have a monthly poker game, occasional barbecues and parties. You’re welcome to join in the festivities or find solace in your room.
One of my sons lives here and my ten year-old grandson is a frequent visitor.
We are semi-retired and have a law office in town, but we work mostly out of our house.
I have two very friendly dogs and one mean neighbor. We just lavish our attention on the dogs and ignore the bitch next door.
I rent rooms to a few other very nice people in their 20’s and 30’s and everyone gets along.
