Beautiful room with lots of natural light, located in gorgeous neighborhood with walking trails and lakes in a gated Community. Bedroom is very spacious with a King size bed and big closet, room is on the basement with private entrance, and shared bathroom. Rarely shared living room space and fully equipped kitchenette with big refrigerator.

There is not pet in the house, you can bring a small or medium size dog.

Utilities are all included in monthly rent. Month to month rent with 30-day notice.

No drugs, smoking, alcohol, not a party place, just to relax and rest. The space is meant just for you. This helps us keep the home peaceful and safe for everyone.
