Neat Bedroom for rent with fresh paint, you will have complete access to all common areas all the time, there is only roommates in the house. All Utilities included. Located 15 min from the Airport, walking distance to shopping center CVS, 5 min to Raley’s. 20 min to downtown Sacramento. Friendly and respectful environment. House is in a corner lot; it is much easier to find parking spot.
About the Room:
- Size is 10x11sqft, bathroom is shared with two other roommates. One roommate works night shift, he most likely will have different schedule.
- High Speed Wireless Internet 600Mbps, great for working from home.
- Two refrigerators, you will have plenty of space for your food. Assigned cabinets in the Kitchen very organized.
- Rack for storage on the garage available. Assigned for each roommate.
- Room can be furnished for extra $100 rent.
About Rules in the House to keep good stay for everyone:
- Quiet time from 10:30pm - 6:00pm
- No overnights guest, no smoking (tobacco or MJ) or other drug use, no alcohol, not a party place.
- You could bring a medium size dog for and additional rent $100
About potential tenant:
- Looking for a full-time working professional with stable job.
- He or she is communicative, clean and mature.
- Legal resident.
This a Month to Month rent with 30 days notice.
Security deposit, $500
