Looking for a roommate starting July 1st. for this spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Point Breeze. Great location to Shadyside, East Liberty, Bakery Square, Squirrel Hill, Mellon Park, Highland Park, and Frick Park.

This apartment has old school character to it but with new appliances and in-unit washer and dryer. Street Parking right outside which is a huge plus.

I am hoping to find someone who would like to stay for the full 12 months but if needed I can be flexible.

I am a 26 year old working at Duquesne University. I am very laid back and will respect my roommates needs. I love to hang out and drink wine, watch Netflix, and workout. I do have a 1 year old black lab who lives with me. She is a lovable puppy who will want to cuddle you on the couch and play with you. Therefore, I am looking for a dog lover who would treat her as if she were her own.

I am tolerant to all types of people from any walk of life. However, I am not a smoker and cannot live with someone who does smoke.
