Looking for one or more peaceful roommate(s) to share a clean, large, nicely appointed home with new appliances near public park. Three standard rooms available. Single moms with babies and/or children, or single women presently occupy the home. Utilities are all included with the $650 per room rent. Rent includes ONE furnished/unfurnished bedroom, shared bathroom, wifi, air- conditioning/heater, use of washer-dryer (multiple units), equipped kitchen, appliances (designated refrigerator space), cabinet spaces, pantry, quiet office space with printer, living/dining room, back yard and front porch. Property is located near Merino Park in northern Merced. Short walk to The Bus stops. We will work with your budget to make space for you and your kids (for the right person).

Entire household meets with each potential roommate to interview for fit. House rules for the safety of all: –no visitors (after a 3 month trial this matter may be reconsidered by all roommates and owner, depends on comfort of each person).
