This is perfect if you want a safe and cheap place to stay (for example if you aren’t sure if you want to sign a longer lease and/or are saving to buy a house).
+The apartment has a queen bed, desk, dresser, and large closet. +The private kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. +Laundry is in the unit, and there is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. +The yard is huge with plenty of wildlife. +There are also both light-filtering and light-blocking shades on the windows; the appartment gets wonderful sun, but if you want to sleep in, these blinds do the trick! +The house has super-fast internet for video calls and streaming. +No smoking. +Pets welcome.
A maid comes once a month and will clean your apartment if you would like.
This is a fully private space, but I live nearby and am always standing by to assist as needed.
