This is perfect if you want a safe and cheap place to stay (for example if you aren’t sure if you want to sign a longer lease and/or are saving to buy a house).

+The room has a bed, desk, dresser, and large closet. +The kitchen is fully equipped +Laundry is in the unit, and there is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. +The yard is huge with plenty of wildlife. +There are also both light-filtering and light-blocking shades on the windows; the room gets wonderful sun, but if you want to sleep in, these blinds do the trick! +The house has super-fast internet for video calls and streaming. +There are no pets and no smoking.

A maid comes once a month and will clean your room if you would like.

As mentioned above I am mid-30s male professional, very chill, and want to provide a comfortable stay for everyone.
