The room is completely furnished . It has a trundle twin XL bed. The room has a nightstand, desk, highboy dresser, ceiling fan, blinds, and your own closet space. No other furnishings are permitted.
I have 24/7 surveillance, which is also included in the rent . You will have keyless entry. Parking is curbside. My home has central air and heat.
Common shared areas, kitchen, living room, bathroom. No pets. Please have references at the time of the interview. If you would like to send those early, it would speed up the process. Thank you in advance.
