The house is close to the CSN College of Southern Nevada, Nevada State University, and Nevada State College, making it ideal for a working professional or student. High-speed internet (500DL/100UL) is included.
The home features high ceilings, vinyl wood flooring, tile, granite countertops, and extra storage. Good dogs are welcome, and there’s a large covered backyard with a fire pit. There’s a small gym area with free weights, a bench, and a squat rack.
You’ll have a private bedroom and a full bathroom with double sinks and ample storage space. The house also has a huge three-car garage for storage and parking. It’s within walking distance to a shopping center with Smith’s, restaurants, bars, and various food places.
Your room, currently set up with computers, will be emptied and cleaned. The house is well-maintained, and I hope you value keeping it that way too.
The dogs in the photos belong to my girlfriend; they’re very well-behaved and friendly, though they’re older (11 and 13 years). They are here most of the time. GF is super laid-back, friendly, and quiet when she is here. She gets along with everyone and their pets. She lives across town and stays over a lot, but also works a lot. You will have the house completely to yourself when I am crashing at her place.
Rent is $900/month plus half of the utilities. You’ll have your own garage space, and extra space for storage.

I am the only roommate but I do have my girlfriend over a lot. I work in the entertainment business which can give me odd hours and on and off depending on the job I’m doing. I enjoy Gaming, Working out, hiking, enteracting with both my girlfriends dogs, and just chillin with my girlfriend.
