As well as the Private room, there is a second, smaller room that can be used for storage or as an office.
Private bedroom and bathroom, garage storage, dishwasher, laundry, and a large backyard. There is a nice fireplace in the living room, an open kitchen design with a bar top. Parking in the driveway. Corner lot, respectful neighbors and safe neighborhood.
There is a large backyard with a covered patio for grilling etc. The Air Conditioning is great, the house stays cool, and the bills arent too bad.
Also, there is plenty of room for your furniture in the living room and dining room areas if you have stuff you want to bring.
This is a cozy house, but the layout offers privacy for both roommates.
I work full-time and travel for work for weeks at a time often. I am often at home in my free time, but I mostly hang out in my bedroom, and I cook quite often. Looking for someone chill and respectful like myself. Shared meals and movies in the evening sometimes are nice too if you like that sort of thing.
I clean often and take care of my own messes. My current roommate and I have lived together for about 2 years and he can be a reference if you’d like to ask him about me.
