I have one private room available for rent in Southeast Austin, less than 10 minutes from the airport and only 20 minutes from downtown. The home is two stories with 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths and has all new floors and fixtures. It includes keyless front door entry, keyed doorknob to your room for privacy, and furnished common areas. The home has a friendly, quiet atmosphere with respectful roommates. Room will come unfurnished (there is a full bed if needed) and will share a bathroom and a half with 2 male roommates. Regular professional cleaning services are provided. Rent is $775 and utilities/services (approx. $150-$175 each) will be split amongst the roommates. Washer and dryer included in unit.
