I have one private room with private bathroom available for rent in Southeast Austin, less than 10 minutes from the airport and under 20 minutes to downtown. The home is two stories with 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths and has all new floors and fixtures. It includes keyless front door entry, keyed doorknob for your room for privacy, and furnished common areas. The home has a friendly, quiet atmosphere with respectful roommates. Room will come unfurnished. Regular professional cleaning services are provided. Rent is $925 and utilities/services (capped at $175 each, and it ranges from $125 to $150) will be split between the roommates. Washer and dryer included in unit.

We highly value cleanliness and a quiet home. The other roommates are in the service and tech industries.
