This is a Jack and Jill Set up meaning 2 bedrooms are connected by a bathroom. When you rent with us you get all of it.
You will have:
Conveniently located down the street from Cal Lutheran University, across the street from Sunset Hills Golf Course with many parks and hiking trails nearby. Close to Simi Valley, Moorpark, and the Norwegian Grade leading to Santa Rosa Valley / Camarillo.
FINE PRINT: This is a respectful oasis and sanctuary to relax at the end of the day! My fiancé and I live on the top floor and you will share the bottom floor (4 bedrooms 2 bath separated by the community room and kitchenette) with one other female tenant who has their own rooms. Females preferred. We all love pets, but your other roommate downstairs already has cats, so a dog will not match and additional cats might not work out. More info on us below!
Utilities included are super fast WiFi, electricity, gas, water, trash, weekly pool maintenance (Thurs) and gardeners (Fri).
First month’s rent and $1000 security deposit required to move in. After checking out the place if you would like to move forward, a $40 Background Check will be required. This will be waived if you move in and deducted from first months rent. This will be a month to month arrangement, but long term is preferred. Minimum/maximum stay is flexible and can be discussed, but we prefer 9+ months.

My fiancé and I are both creative business owners with no plans for kids for at least a few years. We both make sure to be mindful upstairs housemates and respect everyone’s peace and privacy! Currently downstairs in the other half is one late 20s female (she/they) who is hardworking, friendly, and equally respectful. They do have quiet cats that stay in their rooms/community room.
