Room 1 size: 12’ x 10’ Room 2 size: 11’ x 9’ Kitchenette: 6’ x 4’ Private Bathroom is between your private rooms and accessible from either room also allows you to move between room aka Jack and Jill bathroom.

Idyllically located down the street from Cal Lutheran University, across the street from Sunset Hills Golf Course with many parks and hiking trails nearby. Close to Simi Valley, Moorpark, and the Norwegian Grade leading to Santa Rosa Valley / Camarillo.

This is a respectful oasis and sanctuary to relax at the end of the day! My fiancé and I live on the top floor and you will share the bottom floor with one other mature male tenant who has his own private 2 rooms and bathroom. More info on us below! You both have an entrance separate from ours down a few steps on the side of the house. In between your space and their’s is a walkthrough area and door; the house is greatly set up for privacy!

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and friendly, but we have exterior security cameras and lights just in case. Your entrance is also outfitted with a secure August Smart Lock that works with your phone and keypad. We are usually home or working nearby and can open if needed with just a simple text message.

We prefer to welcome only ONE other person, of any gender, to keep the headcount of the house to no more than 4. We love all animals but need to consider pets case by case. No Smoking inside or near other tenants. Guests to be kept to 2 nights a month Fri-Sat, but exceptions can be discussed.

Utilities are not included, flat rate for super fast WiFi, electricity, gas, water and trash is $200 a month. Included is the weekly pool maintenance (Thurs) and gardeners (Fri).

First month’s rent and $1000 security deposit required to move in. Non-refundable $40 Background Check will be required. Minimum/maximum stay is flexible and can be discussed, but we prefer 12+ months.

Upstairs we are an engaged couple in our early 30s who have been together for 12 years. We are both hardworking business owners with no plans for kids for at least a few years. We both make sure to be mindful upstairs housemates and respect everyone’s peace and privacy. Your downstairs housemate is a very kind and quiet man in his 50s who is out working until 10pm almost every day. We hope to find someone equally respectful who works hard in their field full-time.
