The apartment is located on the quiet side of the complex where the main office, pool, and park is. It’s also right off the freeway and on the edge of Palmdale so there’s never any need to be driving deep into Palmdale to get home or shop. All the neighbors are very friendly and moved in at the same time I did in June, so we’ve all adjusted to one another very well. The apartment was received brand new so it was freshly renovated and with it always kept clean it still maintains looking new even after a year. Especially the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The room I’m renting is the master bedroom and has been empty since I’ve moved in.
I moved back to Palmdale and into this new apartment on June 8th, 2024 to be closer to work. I just turned 26 and I work nights at a warehouse in Lancaster. I am about to start going to school some days out of the week so will be busy most of the time. I’m very kept to myself so you wouldn’t be dealing with me being in your way at all. I’m just looking for someone who’s friendly and I’ll get along with to roommate and help me out.
