The apartment is located on the quiet side of the complex where the main office, pool, and mailroom is located. It’s only 5mins away from the freeway and by Sierra Hwy so there’s never any need to be driving deep into Lancaster to get home or shop. I just moved into the apartment on September 2025. Mainly all the units around my unit are. empty but the ones that are lived in the neighbors are very friendly, so we’ve all adjusted to one another very well. The apartment was received brand new so it was freshly renovated and with it always kept clean it still maintains looking new even after having a few months in already. Especially the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The room I’m renting has been empty since I’ve moved in.

I moved to Lancaster and into this new apartment on September 15th, 2025 to be closer to work. I’m 27 years old and work at a manufacturing company. My schedule is from 7am to 3:30pm so wouldn’t be home till the afternoon, even when I am off I mainly go out with friends or spend it at home cleaning/shopping for whatever is needed at the apartment. I’m very kept to myself so you wouldn’t be dealing with me being in your way at all. I’m just looking for someone who’s friendly and I’ll get along with to roommate and help me out.

I do have a cat as well, she’s very friendly but very babied so she loves to be in my room sleeping and playing with her toys till I get home. She rarely ever likes to be roaming around the apartment since I’m never here.
