Good area if you like to go walking or running for exercise. Home is quiet and peaceful. Rent includes the utilities: electricity, gas, sewer, water, trash collection, cable TV, wifi. No pets, no overnight visitors, no smoking, vaping, firearms or anything illegal in house. $400 deposit, with $100 being non-refundable. Note that this room is fully furnished with full size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand, and TV. Senior widowed male with long-term sobriety. I’m retired but do volunteer work a good bit. Quiet, clean, very few visitors. Could be another roomie at some point, but for now it’s just me.
