First & Last Month’s rent due upfront to move in + $300 refundable deposit if there are no damages / the space is left the way you moved in on move out day. Flexible minimum 2 months stay, or have that peace of mind with up to 12 month long-term arrangement. Option to extend beyond the original term may be available.

🌱 Prices are based on single occupancy per room. Additional occupants per room will be $500 extra per person / per month.
