Furnished room with queen bed, nice dresser, night stand, tv on the wall, jacuzzi hot tub, extremely beautiful bathroom with standing shower with glass door. Memory foam queen bed feel like temper-pedic, two (2) big walk-in closet for plenty of storage. The room size is 14x11=154sqf, huge room! Bathroom is all PRIVATE.
Share a house with two other roommate, both are male about 25 professional , nice respectful and non smoker. You will have exclusive use of the house with the private bathroom. Room is ONLY for one person, NO sharing. No pets allow.
Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator in the house, dishes, pot/pan, toaster oven, dining table. Laundry room has washer/dryer. Room will be available starting March 27th, 2019.
Have one rooms for rent to an individual. 600 a month plus 100 utilities and no other fee. Owner will pay JEA, internet, basic cable and cut grass.
