The room is 122 sq ft, has a closet, and is right next to a full bathroom that you’d share with one other person. Rent is $950/month (just base rent—there are some standard fees too). Utilities usually run about $50–$60 a month, split evenly among all of us.

We’re looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month to 1-year lease. The deposit is 1.5 months’ rent. Ideally, your credit score’s around 650 or higher, but we’re open to talking if your situation’s different.
