Room for Rent – Downtown Fredericksburg

Hey everyone!

Large bedroom with closet and shared bathroom for $950/month. Very conveniently located to Mary Washington Hospital & campus, as well as route 17 shopping, dining, access to i-95 & the Fredericksburg VRE for easy commuting! It’s a newer build (finished in 2024) and super close to everything.

The room is 122 sq ft, has a closet, and is right next to a full bathroom that you’d share with one other person. Rent is $950/month (just base rent—there are some standard fees too). Utilities usually run about $50–$60 a month, split evenly among all of us.

We’re looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month to 1-year lease. The deposit is 1.5 months’ rent. Ideally, your credit score’s around 650 or higher, but we’re open to talking if your situation’s different.
